Union League Golf Club renovation
This extensive commercial renovation project included some exterior work, the main entryway, dining room, bar, pro shop, kitchen, restrooms, locker room and showers, tile, flooring and carpet. We handled wainscot, commercial quarry-style tile, PVC, latticework, painting, and exterior trim. All with commercial grade materials. We also did the electric, plumbing, speaker systems and remote automated lighting system with handheld app capability.
The highlight of this elegant and flexible new clubhouse is the massive Swiss-made gliding barn door system, with two doors built weighing 500 pounds each. The middle is solid wall. The roller system is so balanced that it can be opened with one hand.
Our six-month timeline was maintained, despite our scope growing by more than 10 times. Only D.L. Miner’s local clout can maintain a deep enough bench of staff, tradesmen and subcontractors to meet this job’s ever-changing needs.
