A Bright Future for DL Miner

D. L. Miner Construction has some very exciting news: It’s finally official, Brian Stuart, Don Miner’s partner and previously Managing Partner, has become the majority stakeholder and President of D. L. Miner Construction. This transition has been engineered over many years, with Brian assuming more and more responsibility and ultimately leading the company. Don will oversee as Chairman and continue working as Project Manger, engaging with clients and colleagues, and lending his experience and innovative approach to the team.

Don founded the company in 1984 with one van and a hardworking attitude. DLM is now one of the premier custom builders on the south Jersey shore and have expanded significantly in the last 10 years, in large part due to Brian’s management. Don and Brian share the same “nose to the grindstone mentality” that hard work is the cornerstone to delivering high quality, innovative solutions and full-service customer care at competitive prices.

A few words from Don:
“Since Brian came on board 15 years ago he has increasingly helped me run this company like it was his own. He’s been an integral part of our achievements. He has focused on building on our core structures and honing our processes. He’s built a team of positive thinkers and go-getters who are dedicated to our principles.
