Green Building
A Green Building is a structure that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout its lifecycle. Green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact on human health and the natural environment by: Efficiently using energy, water and other resources; protecting occupant health; and reducing waste, pollution and environment degradation.
Geothermal Heating and Cooling Systems
Geothermal HVAC Systems and Geothermal Heat Pump Systems improve quality of life by providing exceptional comfort, lowering utility costs and creating superior indoor air quality, all while minimizing the impact on the environment. D. L. Miner is a proud installer of ENERGY STAR® qualified geothermal heat pumps for heating and cooling.
Smart House
Smart House is the term commonly used to define a residence that has appliances, lighting, heating, air conditioning, TVs, internet, entertainment audio and video systems, security and camera systems that are capable of communicating with one another and can be controlled remotely from any location in the world by phone or internet. A smart house is one that provides its homeowners comfort, security, energy efficiency (low operating costs) and convenience at all times. D. L. Miner has incorporated smart technology into many of their homes working with experienced Smart House technology experts.
Managing Via The Cloud
Our new software system tracks all aspects of the job for both builder and client, including budget management, billing, selections, changes and status. It’s BuilderTrend. What does this mean for you? Everything is at your fingertips, whether via mobile or computer.
Messages, schedules, selections, photos and videos, to-dos, change orders, warranty items and logs are all there. Anything that needs your attention is highlighted for easy navigation. The calendar display lets you easily manage your time to keep up with the pace of the job. And you can see the whole financial picture in real time. Warmboard Radiant Heating
Warmboard Radiant Heating is an efficient and comfortable method of heating. Radiant heating is not only energy-efficient, but also proven to improve indoor air quality. Most of all, radiant heating is comfortable because it is warmest at floor level and slightly cooler at higher levels, matching the human desire for warmth.
Generator Systems
Home and office standby generators are a long-term, permanent solution for powering a home during an outage. When utility power fails, standby generators automatically turn on, providing a home with a seamless supply of power.
But beyond that, owners receive a much larger return on their investment. You can easily recover the cost of your initial purchase by avoiding frozen pipes, basement repair after sump pump failure, and hotel stays during a power outage.

Shop Facility
Our main office and shop are located at 11 Clermont Drive in Cape May Court House, now with seven staff offices, a staff conference room and a huge shop and yard. We can stage and produce custom details, doors and trim, and have an Azek oven for molding custom curved railings and trim. We have storage space for everything from tools, materials and selection samples to custom trim we save for any client repairs needed further down the road. That’s pretty ‘Next Level’ service.
