We build the homes you want to own. Then we take care of them. All at the next level.

It’s all about integrity

Brian Stuart

Brian is President of D. L. Miner Construction and now the majority stakeholder in the company. Brian has brought DLM through a significant period of growth and is poised to lead the company to the next level. A 1996 Graduate of the University of Delaware, his early career allowed him diverse building experience and he also worked for a large developer along the Florida Coast. Brian has been with DLM since 1998, bringing a hands-on management philosophy that mandates his personal attention to every key stage of a project. He has focused on elevating DLM protocols and standards to ensure quality on every job. Brian and Don share the same honest work ethic and stop at nothing short of providing the finest craftsmanship. It’s all got to be ‘Next Level’.

Brian sits on the Zoning Board of Wildwood Crest, as well as the Environmental Commission. He resides there with his wife Laura and their two daughters. They have been foster parents to many children in transition and they continue to foster and support local families. His hobbies include surfing, triathlons with Don and paddle boarding with his family.

Don is Chairman/Founder of D. L. Miner Construction. He has spent most of his life “down the shore” and has a lifelong commitment to keeping the southern New Jersey coast pristine. Don started his business in 1984 with one truck and a hard-working attitude. Over the years, his talent, honesty and integrity have helped build DLM into what it is today, one of the area’s premier builders.

From detailed renovations to custom luxury homes, condominium complexes and commercial buildings, Don’s company has earned a sterling reputation. Residing in Cape May Court House, just a short distance from the D. L. Miner offices and shop, Don still manages to crossfit train, windsurf, snowboard, kiteboard and sail around the local islands as well as those of the Caribbean.
